These terms are an agreement between you and Fuyang Zhihuicheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") for the Sayu Translate app and video call web page (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where these terms differ, these terms apply to the extent permitted.
1. The Service. Sayu provides machine translation of speech and text. Translations are produced automatically and may contain errors. Do not rely on them alone for medical, legal, safety-critical or other decisions where a mistake could cause harm, and check important terms such as prices, quantities and dates.
2. Accounts. You can use part of the Service without an account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
3. Subscriptions and purchases.
- Plans and included minutes are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Included minutes reset each billing period and do not carry over. Top-up minutes do not expire.
- An active monthly or yearly membership unlocks the permanent offline version: offline languages you download keep working after the membership ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to break the law, to record or translate others without the consent required by law, to harass anyone, or to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the Service. Video call links are for the people you invite.
5. Your content. What you say and the translations belong to you. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy (https://sayu.smartsay.app/privacy).
6. Changes and availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give notice in the app of changes that materially affect paid features.
7. Disclaimer and liability. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by translation errors, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Termination. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

1. 服务：机器自动翻译语音和文字，可能有错误；医疗、法律、安全等重要场合不要只依赖译文，价格、数量、日期等关键内容请核对。
2. 账号：部分功能无需账号即可使用；请保管好密码；可随时在 App 内删除账号。
3. 订阅和购买：套餐和包含时长购买前在 App 内显示；通过 Apple ID 扣费，到期前 24 小时内未取消会自动续订；在「设置 > Apple ID > 订阅」管理或取消，删除 App 或账号不会自动取消订阅；每期包含时长不累计到下期，加油包时长不过期；开通月付或年付会员即激活永久离线版，到期后已下载的离线语言照样能用；退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。
4. 合理使用：不得用于违法用途、未经法律要求的同意录制或翻译他人、骚扰他人，不得干扰、反向工程或滥用服务。视频链接只发给你邀请的人。
5. 你的内容：你说的话和译文归你所有，我们只为提供服务按隐私政策处理。
6. 变更：我们可能调整或停止部分功能，影响付费功能的重大变化会在 App 内提前告知。
7. 免责和责任限制：服务按现状提供；在法律允许范围内，不对间接损失或翻译错误造成的损失负责，总责任以索赔前 12 个月你支付的金额为限；不影响你依法享有的消费者权利。
8. 终止：违反协议的账号可能被停用；你可随时停止使用。
9. 适用法律：中华人民共和国法律，不影响你所在国家的强制性消费者保护规定。
